Dr. and Mrs. A. W. Kagey and children of Roanoke were overnight guests on Friday of Miss Barbara Swindler enroute to Cottage City, Md. to visit Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Kagey Mrs. Ida Devers of Front Royal was a weekend guest in the home of her son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Devers. Mr. and Mrs. Victor Weirs of Washington, D. C. spent the weekend at their country home in Broad Hollow. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown and family of Hamilton spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown at “Rock Villa". The Jack Browns are spending this week at Hungry Mother State Park in Southwest Virginia. Dean and Mrs. A. Paul Thompson arui daughter Ann Rodes of Chowan College, Murfreesboro, N. C.arrived. on Sunday for a week’s visit at Rock Villa. Miss Mary Jane Morris of Charlottesville was a weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. P. Lee Thornton. Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Jacobs of Warrenton were weekend guests of Mrs. Jacobs’ pa rents Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer. On Sunday Mrs. Gordon Payne of Madisqn visited the ^Schaefers »qd Mss. J* B.Joba^ son. ' Mr. and Mrs. Henry L. (Pat) Miller have recently sold their house and moved to Luray. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor were Mr. and Mrs. John Lowery, daughter Barbara, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Strelt and two children of Winchester and Mr. and Mrs. Eirl Atkins of Richmond. Mrs. Tommie Cozzo of Arlington spent several days last week in the Aylor home. Buddy Aylor returned to Falls Church on Sunday accompanied by his daughter Stevie Aylor and Terry Kilby and Jeannie Woodward for a few days’ visit. Mr. and Mrs. Roy M. Reeve of Tangerine, Florida are on an extended visit with Mr. and Mrs. Roy L. Reeve. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne with Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Taylor of Orange left on the 2nd of July from Dulles International Airport for a visit to Colorado Springs and Denver; Colorado. They returned on July 12. Guests this week of the Lyne family are Mrs. Lyne's nieces Mary Frances and Nora Cottrill of Toano.
