abrasions of the forehead; Anna Mae Stover, 19, lacerated face and head and bruised knees and arms; David Lewis Stover, 12, abrasions of right leg. Three other Stover children'were not Injured.
Frederick Nolte, Jr. sustained lacerations of the forehead and Robert H. McElroy, a passenger In the Volkswagen with Nolte, had a bruised elbow. He was also of Point Pleasant, N. J. Lozada was charged with reckless driving according to Trooper Willis. Deputy John i Walker Jenkins and Trooper W. A. Buntin assisted Mr. Willis. Two single-vehicle crashes, one Friday and another Sunday, were Investigated by Trooper W. A. Buntin. Paul Arthur Lovett, Sr. of Fairfax operating a 66 International Scout, overturned on Route 211 west of Sperryville about 6 p.m. Friday. His brakes became hot and failed to hold after he came down the mountain. He ran off the road on a curve and turned over. Damage was estimated at $600 by Mr. Buntin. He was taken to Culpeper Memorial Hospital by Rappahannock Rescue Squad where he was treated and released. At 4 a.m. November 27 on Route 211 four miles west of Amissville a 66 Mustang operated by Ben Richard Hayes of Oxon Hill, Md. crash ed. Hayes apparently went to sleep, ran off the right of the road, through a fence, turned over and came to rest against a tree. He was taken by car to Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton where he was treat ed for lacerations of the forehead and released, according to Trooper Buntin. Hayes was
