The undersigned Executors of the Estate of Sarah Eennett Carter offer for sale by sealed bids until 10 a.m. on December 5th, 1966 the following parcels of Orange County real estate:
PARCEL NO. 1: 63.925 acres, more or less, known as the “Rich” property lying about V2 mile West of the Town of Orange and fronting along the Northern margin of Route 20, being designated on the land map of Orange County as Parcel 20, on Page 43 and adjoining “The Shadows.”
PARCEL NO. 2: 28.42 acres, more or less, lying about Vi mile South of the Town of Orange on the old Gordonsville road and known as the “Horse Show Grounds,” being designated on the land map of Orange County as Parcel 41 on Page 44 and being described on a plat of a survey thereof recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Orange County in Deed Look. 167, Page 142.
