For a number of years we have had several of our farmers enrolled in the Mail-InFarm-Records Program. Now is the time for new farmers to enroll. There is no charge..Farmers are supplied with sheets (in duplicate) upon which to report expenses and receipts. Each entry is coded and described. Records for a given mooth are due at this office by the 15th of the following month for checking and submit ting to the Records Office at Blacksburg. The Records Office feeds t|ie record dataintoIBM machines by farm number. At conclusion of each quarter a financial summary is sent the participating farmer. At the end of the year be also gets an annual summary, complete record and business analysis. There is no better way to base adjustments needed in farm enterprises or over-all business than upon actual records of operation. i To start, contact your county 1 •Extension Agent s office.
