Culpeper Memorial Hospital has received formal notice of its renewal of accreditation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals.
The Board of Commissioners of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals granted this renewal as a result of the hospital survey conducted on October 5th by Dr. Russell II. Blood, field representative of the Board of Commissioners.
In a letter to hospital administrator John D. Phillips, Dr. John D. Porterfield, Director of the Commission, stated: "The Commission wishes to commend you for maintaining standards deserving of accreditation and for your constant effort to improve
