Ho one argues, that the food marketing system is perfect and couldn’t be improved. A lot of money is spent every year on research to improve food marketing. A lot of money is spent each year to modernize or update things in marketing. Food marketing could and will be improved. Too, certain services could be cut out and their costs dropped from the bundle of prices. The trouble hefre is deciding which ones should be dropped.
