This is the season when turkey Is plentiful and a good buy In any form. If you are looking for a real taste treat in this line try a boneless turkey roast. The roast is a convenience in several ways: it offers no bone waste; for those who prefer all white or all dark meat can have individual tastes suited or you may buy a combination of light and dark meat, in addition these roasts are ideal for roasting out of doors over the coals on a spit.
December and the Christmas season is fast approaching. Latest forecast from the U.S.D.A. show that the following foods will be good buys during the coming month: broiler - fryers, grapes, winter pears, pork and canned salmon. So check your supply of any of these items that you may have on hand and if supply is low you will make
your best buy in replenishing your stock within the next few weeks.
