know what to do with? I*ve found this recipe to be real good. Just add not bread and a beverage and you have a lunch that's just right for a winter day. Oven Chicken or Turkey Salad 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey 2 cups thinly chopped celery 1 cup toasted bread cubes 1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup toasted chopped or slivered almonds 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt I
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and crushed potato chips. Place in 11/2 quart casserole or individual baking' dishes. Sprinkle with cheese) and 1 cup of crushed potato) chips. Bake 15 to 20 minutes,! or until bubbly. Serves 6.
