Last week minds wandered off to thoughts of the approach ing Thanksgiving - turkey, hunting and a short rest. Not much concentration was given to study. If we had a track team I am sure the coach could have found some likely candidates in the rush to leave school on Wednesday afternoon.
Now is the time when all good basketball players should come to the aid of their team. On December 2 we will play our first game against Montevideo at Montevideo High School and our boys need to put forth a big effort. We think our team is pretty good this year. Let’s provd it! The Cheerleaders would like to express their appreciation to those people who bought stationery or napkins. The sale of these items will help finance the girls’ blazers this year.
