To Graduate A* State Trooper
John James, son of Mr. and Mrs. Norvel James of Viewtown, will complete his training and schooling with the Virginia Department of State Police on December 16, 1966 at which time a graduation pro gram will be held in Richmond. Mr. James served his trainee* Chesterffek* County*.-He will receive a permanent assignment on the 16th.
