The Division of Motor Vehicles is concerned with removing from Virginia highways these people who have demonstrated that they are unsafe drivers. Under the Virginia statutes, had the violations occurred in Virginia or elsewhere, the driver would not have continued his privilege to drive in this state. Persons falsifying their application for operator's license are exercising a privilege to drive in Virginia to which they are not entitled. The Division Is working to eliminate this danger to the safety of our highways.
The Division of Motor Vehicles is now rapidly making use of information from the •dfiver registration service of the Bureau of Public Roads to apprehend those persons who falsify their applications. Rapid action by the Division provides the citizens of Virginia with another important highway safety program.

Moffett, Mrs. C. B. Palmer, Mrs. Elmo D. Flynt, Mrs. M. R. Bradford, Jr., Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr., Mrs. Harry Lee Smith, Mrs. H. M. Keyser, Mrs. D. D. Miller, Mrs. R. V. Snead and Mrs. T. C. Lea. Mrs. Lea, Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Moffett were prize winners.
