There are, however, times when it is important to make sure that your wages have been properly reported. If you failed to give your employer your social security account number; if you did not give your employer your name as it is shown on the account number card; if he fails to send in wage reports or your number — then you may not be getting credit for all of your learnings. .This means that your wage record will not be complete and you may lose a part of your social security benefits when the time comes
