County Students
On Dean’s List
Page Moffett, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Jr. of Washington and Patrick Althe^ son of Martha Alther, also of Washington, were among the students on the dean's list at the University of Virginia for the first semester. Page is a freshman at the college and Patrick is a second year student.
At Monroe College, Middletown, Va. the dean’s list includes Melvin L. Atkins of Sperryville, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Atkins and Alice Virginia Pullen of Flint HtU, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wade Pullen. These two students were among 12 who were honored with a dinner in view of their scholastic achievement.
Other students from Rappahannock County who attend Monroe College and have good scholastic, ratings are Rebecca Rector, Walter Grimsley and William R. Welch, Jr., Flint Hill; Don Allen Deal, Woodville; Linda J. Mills, Huntly; and Jean Sisk, Sperryville.
