Hitt has returned to his home after being a patient in Culpeper Memorial Hospital for tests and x-rays. Mrs. Victoria Corder is a patient in the Culpeper Hospital at this time. The Rev. Edison Cleland and daughters of Culpeper and Mrs Menefee Utz were recent callers of Mrs. Richard Gore. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Scott and sons and Mrs. David Wood ward were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Scott. Guests for dinner Sunday of Mrs. Jim Mills and Mrs. John B. Cloud were Mr. and Mrs. James Pullen of Manassas and Mrs. John Cloud and daughter Janet of Washington, D. C.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Henry Jenkins and children of Front Royal were Sunday evening guests of Mr. Jenkins' parents Mr. and Mrs. Dick Jenkins. On Saturday the Jenkins' son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. John Gaines of Fairfax were their guests. Thursday guests of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Tidier were Mrs. Tidler’s sisters Mrs. J. J. Casey and Mrs. Julia Carver of Culpeper. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kennedy of Leakesville, N. C. spent the week-end as the guests of Mr. Kennedy’s parents Mr. and Mrs. Waver Kennedy.
