ville. The last group of students from Burley High School will begin clinical training at the hospital in June and finish in February, 1968. The hospital instructor, Mrs. Lucy Johnson, R. N., will be responsi ble for this group and be a member of the new program's teaching staff. The class graduating ^this month from the Burley-Uni versity hospital program brings to 136 the number of students receiving practical nurse training here since 1952 when Burley opened. About half of these graduates are on the nursing service staff here and most of the others are on hospital staffs in Vir ginia communities and other states. The licensing of practical nurses began in Virginia about 20 years ago. There are now about 30 practical nursing schools in the state.
Appeal To Motorists
With Changed Address
C. H. Lamb, Commissioner of the Divfsion of Motor Vehicles, Richmond, today issued his annual appeal to Virginia Motor Vehicle owners who have changed their address since securing their 1966 license plates.
The Division is now in the process of preparing for mailing applications to owners of motor vehicles so that they can purchase 1967 license plates when they go on sale in March.
Certain information is needed by the Division if you have changed your address since you last purchased Virginia license tags. On a postal card or letter state the following: your full name as shown on vehicle registration card or title, the Virginia title number, your 1966 license number if you have a curent license tag, make and year model of vehicle, identification or engine number of vehicle, new address including zip code number, and old address. Mail this information promptly to the Division of Motor Vehicles, P.O. Box 1298, Richmond, Virginia 23210, to insure receipt of new license application in March. i
