The National Bank and Trust Company of Central Pennsylvania a corpoNW^n, as legal guardian of Alds’s^mrl Allsberry and James Franklin Allsberry, infant brother and sister, appointed and qualified in the State of'.'Pennsylvania, Petitioner v. T. Carlyle Lea, Jr., guardian of Alda Armel Allsberry and James Franklin Allsberry, infants, appointed ard qualified as such in Rappahannock County, Virginia, als, Defendants. The object of this suit is to transfer or remove funds belonging to Alda Armel Allsberry and James Franklin Allsberry, infants, and in the hands otf their guardian, T. Carlyle Lea, Jr. from the State of Virginia to tne domicile of the infants, u.c ot-ie 01 Pennsylvania. An affidavit having been made and filed that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opposite their names as listed below: Alda Armel Allsberry, 717 North 18Oh Street, Harrisburg, Pa. James Franklin Allsberry, 717 North 18th Street, Harrisburg, Pa. It is oruereu that the said nonicsident defendants hereinabove named and any other interested person appear utter due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests. It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappdhannock News, u newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants at the post office addresses given in this Affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
