Mrs. Lily O'Bannon Barber of Woodville celebrated her ninetieth birthday, Saturday, March 11, at the home of her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Armstrong in Williamsburg where she now makes her home. Mrs. Barber was born in Rappa h a n n o c k County but spent her early life in Stafford County and was educated at a Fredericksburg normal school. After the death of her husband Samuel Burroughs Barber in 1924 she moved with her daughter Martha to Woodville to be near her brothers and sisters. She still owns hei home in Woodville. Although her eyesight and hearing are Impaired Mrs. Barber*8 wit is keen and quick and her interest in people and happenings is evident in any conversation with her. She takes pride and pleasure in
