The Virginia State Symphony Orchestra, directed by William Penny Hacker, will present a public concert in Culpeper, Tuesday, March 28, at 8:00 p.m. in Ann Wingfield School auditorium." The Culpeper branch of American Association of University Women is sponsoring the orchestra’s appearance in Culpeper. Mrs. H. B.
