Ed Oakes, who is stationed at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Md., was a guest from Friday until Sunday of I the Rev. and Mrs. Charles Kindred and family. Pvt. Oakes is a brother of Mrs. Kindred. Mrs. Ruth Corbitt has returned to her home from a six week’s visit with her sisters, t Mrs. Corrie Harrison in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and Mrs.j Lillian Campbell in Miami. While there Mrs. Corbitt visited friends and relatives in Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Port Charlotte on the west coast.
