Mr. and Mrs. John Coates and family of Woodberry Forest were weekend guests of Mrs. Coates’ parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers. Mrs. Delia Leake had as weekend guests Mr. and Mrs. George Owens and Howard Dod son of Baltimore.

A. W. S k returned home last We 'nt-sday from thb University of Virginia Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. "Doc" Miller left on Saturday for Canfield, Ohio where Mr. Miller is employed.

David Lyne spent Saturday night in Richmond with friends. Mrs. Nina B. Brown and Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Bruceof Front Royal have returned home after a two weeks visit o Fla.

Roy ‘Coates of Moo. .stown, N. J and Walter Sirvault of Philadelphia, Pa., who have been visiting Mrs. Della B. Howard at the Lee Highway Hotel, returned to their respective homes on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Brown and 'Sherri and Mrs. Nina B. Brown had dinner on Saturday night at the Hy-Wy in Fron Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Fielding Lewis of Front Royal were guests on Tuesday of Mrs. Virginia Lewis and Miss Ruth Menefee. D. V. Chapman, III visited Mr. and Mrs. D. V. Chapman, Sr. on Tuesday. A. M. Priest, who had the misfortune to fall a few weeks ago and sustain cuts and bruises, is now recovering satisfactorily at his home. Mrs. F. D. Coffey and son Frank were visitors on Sunday of Mrs. Coffeys parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nethers in Flint Hill. Weekend guests of the Rev. and Mrs. William Harrison and Kevin were Mrs. Harrison’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Roberson of Newport News. On Monday the Harrisons visited Mr. Harrison’s mother, Mrs. F. W. Harrison in Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond.
