Mr. and Mrs. Carl Howell of Madison Heights announce the birth of a daughter Christine Marie born March 6, 1967 at the Virginia Baptist Hospital in Lynchburg. She is the Howell’6 third daughter. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs Paul L. Miller of Flint Hill and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Ho well of Arlington.
