Degree in Animal Husbandry in 1931 and with a M. S. Degree from V. P. I. in Animal Husoandry in 1940. He also did additional advanced work at Oklahoma in 1955. General Manager and Treasurer A. J. Jessee will present the financial report on the operations for 1966 and^will review the progress being made op, the plant expansion program.
The membership will also be asked to elect seven directors to serve for a threeyear term.
