There were 12 present. The Chester Gap Volunteer Firemen got their new 1967 Ford ambulance on Wednesday, March 8. It was purchased from Lomar and Sloan, Winchester'. It is ready for service to the community at any time.

Randy McCloud of Manassas spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Calvin McCloud of the Reva Road. Dinner guests on Sunday included Robert McCloud and daughter Susie of Manassas, Ronny Mitchell of j Fredericksburg and Mr. and Mrs. Gene McCloud of Culpeper.
Mr. and Mrs. John Lamb gave a birthday dinner at their home on the Reva Road on Sunday, honoring their three sons, Paul, Wayne and Steve; also Mrs. Lamb’s sister and niece Mrs. Raymond Fincham and Peggy Ann Fincham. Guests attending were Mrs. Billy Fincham and family, Mrs. Glen Cave, Mrs. Blanche Fincham and John Henry Fine ham of Woodville. Mr. and Mrs. James Wright of Arlington were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Jenkins. Mr. and Mrs. George W. Tidier spent Thursday with Dr. and Mrs. J. J. Casey and Mrs. Julia Carver in Culpeper. Mrs. Chester Weaver was also their guest.
