Johnson, Director of Public Relations, Farm Credit Banks of Baltimore, Mr. John son is recognized as an outstanding speaker who is thoroughly familiar with cooperatives and their problems and opportunities. William H. Johnson has served as an employee or officer of the Farm Credit Banks of Baltimore since 1933, in the capacity of Field Representative, Officer of the Production Credit Corporation, and as Director of Public Relations.
Mr. Johnson was born in Kentucky, attended Centre Col lege, and has done postgraduate work for Ohio State, Uni versity of Virginia, and West Virginia University.
