Pre-School Clinics
Set in Rappk.
The Warren-Rappahannock Public School System, in conjunction with the Warren and Rappahannock County Health Departments have set dates for pre-school clinics.
As in the past, the requirements for pre-school registration are: health examination, immunization, birth cert ificate and the completion of registration forms. Preschool forms will be available on these dates. The Public Health Nurse will be present at the registration to sched ule appointments for those who desire their immunization at the Health Department.
All children must be accompanied by an adult and should have available the birth certificate and verification of immunization.
