Entries for the second annual jaycee beauty pageant are still needed, according to pageant chairman Jim Willis. Young ladies in the 17 to 20 age group are urged to sign up as candidates, and those in school may do so at Rappa hannock County High School. If you do not have a sponsor, do not hesitate, for there are sponsors available who wish a candidate. Entries or sponsors may also contact Wilson Burke, Sperryville, 987-8108 or Jim Willis, Sperryville 987-8177. Don’t wait ... do it now. The Beauty Pageant is scheduled for Friday, April 7 at the local high school beginning at 8 p.m. Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door. Reserved seats are $2.00; general admission $1.00 and children 50 cents. Entries are still open for all age groups and a rehearsal is planned for Wednesday April 5 at the school at 7;30 p.m. Age groups are 4-7; 8-12, 13-16; and 17-20. The 17-20 group will appear in evening dress only and all other groups
will wear street clothes. Prizes will be awarded winners in each group and a cash prize of $100 will go to the win
