Game Hearing
Set March 31
The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries will hold its annual hearing on changes in the Game Regulations for next fall beginning at 9;30 a.m., March 31 in Richmond, Executive Director Chester F. Phelps announced. The Commission’s Game Division is not recommending any major changes in season format and bag limits from those in effect last season. Persons desiring to bring suggestions relevant to hunting regulation changes before the Commission may do so at this time. Persons or groups unable to appear in person may submit recommendations in writing before the meeting date. Waterfowl and migratory bird regulations will be considered at meetings later in the summer.
