Mr. H. L. Manwaring of Falls Church and Woodville, Va. arrived March 7 in Caracas, Venezuela where he will spend two months consulting with the Ministry of Agriculture. Consultations will include the efficiency and effectiveness of Agricultural programs and organizations. This work is carried out through the United States Agency for International Development and while there Mr Manwaring contact will be Mr. Ray Deschamps, Chief of the Rural Development Division. Mr. Manwaring has in the past worked with the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service, U. S. Department of Agricult u r e, Washington, D. C. At present he is Assistant Director of the Conservation and Land Use Policy staff. He is a landjowner and farmer in Rappahan Jnock County. Mr. Manwaring was nod accompanied. by his family and during his stay in Caracas he will reside at the Residencies Montserrat.
