The fence must be a perma nent stock fence built of new material in accordance with good construction principles the following specifications: Wire: Woven wire shall be of medium hard steel and shall be not less than 10 gauge top and bottom and 12 1/2 gauge filler wire. Barbed wire shall be 4-point 12 1/2 gauge. Fences shall be approximate ly 4 feet high. For barbed wire fences, there shall be a minimum of 3 strands of barbed wire. All woven wire shall be topped by 1 strand of barbed wire spaced 2 to 3 inches above the woven wire and possi bly additional strands, depend ing on height of woven wire. Posts: If wood posts are used, they shall be selected locust, cedar, or non durable woods properly treated with a wood perservative. Wood line posts shall be not less than 2 1/2 inches in dia meter at the top and 6 1/2 feet long. Brace posts shall be not less than 5 to 6 inches top diameter and 8 feet long. Steel posts may be used for line posts in the place of Wooden posts.
