The Division of Motor Vehicles has mailed 1968-registrations to all known vehicle owners who had 1967 license plates in their name. Registration cards were mailed to all addresses on record. Those persons who have not received their registration card by March 15 should notify the Division of Motor Vehicles, P.O. Box 1298, Richmond to insure receipt of proper registration card need ed to purchase 1968 license plates. 1968 plates go on sale Friday, March 15, at all DMV offices, agents and substations. No plates can be sold until this date. As all registration cards are mechanically processed at the Central Office in Richmond, send the following information on a postal card oe^ letter and request a registration card: full name as shown on title, Virginia title number, 1967 license number if owner has a current license tag, make and year model of vehicle, identification or engine number of vehicle, and your correct return address.
