Mr. and Mrs. TurnerHaines of Amissville announce the marriage of her daughter, Betty Jane Whitmer of Sandston, to Tommy E. Eppes, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Eppes of Richmond. The marriage took place on February 1, 1968 at Fort Lee Baptist Church, Richmond with the Rev. Donald Matheny performing the ceremony. The bride wore a white street length dress fashioned with a lace jacket and three-quarter length sleeves. She carried a white Bible topped with white gardenias.
