Jaycettes Take Entrys
For Nurse Scholarship
The Culpeper Jaycettes are now accepting applications for a Registered Nurses Scholarship. To qualify, one must be a 1968 graduate of Culpeper, Madison, Orange or Rappahannock County High School and eligible to enterthefreshman class of an accredited school of Nursing. She must possess scholarship ability, favorable personal characteristics and a desire to make a career of nursing. This full scholarship will see a student through all phases of her academic education. The scholarship is paid with the agreement that the recipient will repay the obligation by nursing for one calendar year at Culpeper Memorial Hospital; or should she decide not to nurse here, the money would be paid back with a small interest charge. Applications have been mailed to the four county high schools previously mentioned. Any student interested in the scholarship may contact their principal or guidance
