Carillon To Open
31st Season
The Luray Singing Tower, a Carillon of 47 bells in Luray Virginia will open its 31st season Thursday, March 14th. Recitals will be given for a 45 minute period each Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday at 3:00 p.m., March 14th through May 30th; 8:00 p.m., June 1st through September 29th; and 3:00 p.m., October 1st through November 14th. During the ten weeks from June 30th through September 1st, the Sunday programs will consist of a short Carillon Re cital beginning approximately three-quarters of an hour before sunset and followed immediately by anon-denominational Sunset Vesper Service sponsored by the Vesper Ser vice Association.
