The object of this suit is to have a sale of certain tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, one of said tracts containing 277 acres, more or less, and adjoining Noce, Bruce, Alther, et al, and the other being a one-half undivided interest in a woodland tract containing 29.2 acres, more or less, adjoining Wire, Bruce, et al, these being the same lands devised by William G. Wood to Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup for life, with remainder to the defendants set forth in the above captioned cause. The 277 acre tract was allotted to the said Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup and said remaindermen by decree entered in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the certain chancery cause under the short style of "Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup and Irene Wood Budtley vs Clarence Houston Wood Anderson et al", designated as chancery cause No. 2081, this suit further seeks authority to invest the proceeds oi sules as authorized by law and tc pay the income therafrom to the complainant during her lifetime; tc
