CHAPTER 23. Fishing Generally. Adopt a now regulation to he numbered , R 23-11.1 ns follows:

It shall he unlawful to fish in the Clinch Mountain Wildlife Manage men t Aren (except in I.ittle Tumbling Creek), in Douthat State Park I.ake and in Wilson Creek from Douthat Luke upstream to the park boundary without having first, paid to the Commission for such privilege a daily use fee of one dollar ($1.00). Such daily use fee shall he in addition to all other license fees provided by law. Cpon payment of the daily use fee the Commission shall issue a special permit which shall be signed and r^rrierf h*r thn nr>r«nn fishing.

CHAPTER 24. Trout Fishing. Amend Regulation R 24-8 to read as follows:

It shall be unlawful to fish In waters designated as trout waters after the daily creel limit of trout is obtained.

Amend Regulation R 24-9 to read as follows:

It shall be unlawful to feed or bait trout in designated trout waters of the State.

Regulation R £4-11, relating to special daily permit for fishing for trout in Clinch Mountain Wildlife Management Area. Douthat Park Lake and Wilson Creek, is hereby rescinded.

CHAPTER 25. Seines and Nets Amend Regulation 25-4(e) to read as follows:

All fish, except shad, herrine, mullet, suckers and earn, when taken with a dip net shall be returned to the water alive with as little iniurv as possible.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

^The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond. Virginia, on March 7, 1969. ordered the following proposed changes in its regulations pursuant to Sections 29-125. 29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia. A public hearing for this purpose of adopting such changes will be held at 4010 West Broad Street. Richmond. Virginia, at 9:30 a.m., April 17. 1909.

CHAPTER 18. Turkey. Amend Regulation R 18-1 to read as follows:

Except as otherwise specifically provided in the general statutory law and in the regulations appearing in this chanter, it shall be lawful to hunt turkeys from the third Mondav in November through the third Saturday in December, both dates inclusive, in the counties east of the Blue R’dge Mountains.
