The Commission of Came and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond, Virginia. on March !;><■,<j, ordered the following proposed chances in its regulations pursuant to Sections 29-12', 29-1-t and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia. A public hearlne for this purpose of adopting such chances will be held at 4010 West Broad Street, Richmond, Vtrcinia. at 9:90 a.m., April 17, 1909.

Game birds and came animals shall not be taken by the use ot aid of live birds or animals ns decoys*.
Amend Regulation R 2-4 to read a« follows:
Tt shall be unlawful to put out poison at any time for the purpose of killing: any wild birds and wild animals, provided that rats and mice may he poisoned on one’s own property. The provisions of this regulation shall not applv to the fomm issioner of Agriculture and Commerce, or his representatives
