In the business portion of the meeting which followed, Alton Atwood, the Zone Governor from Front Royal, was called upon to issue the charge to the new officers elected for 1970. These were Nelson Burner, President; Edward Lawrence, Vice President; Charlie Priest, Treasurer; Jerry Curtis, Secretary; Sim Hutton, three-year director. Following this installation, President Burner urged all committee chairmen to organize the needs and the means to carry out their various objectives.
