Snead, Washington, brothers of the bride; and Marque Keith Adamson, brother of the bridegroom from Arlington.
Miss Elizabeth Ann Wachtmeister, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hans Wachtmeister and god child of the bride, was the flower girl. Christopher Smith, the bridegroom’s nephew and son of Lt. and Mrs. Michael 0. Smith of Seaside, California, was ring bearer.
A reception followed at Fairlea, home of the bride’s parents.
Mrs. Snead wore a dress and jacket ensemble of pink silk and worsted with accessories in a darker shade of pink. She had a corsage of white gardenias. Mrs. Adamson chose a dress and coat of ice blue and silver brocade and a white fur hat. Her flowers were also white gardenias.
For her wedding trip the bride wore a red, white and blue dress and a white coat with Navy accessoies and the gardenias from her bridal bouquet.
After January the first, the couple will reside at Fort Defiance, Va. where Mr. Adamson has a teaching position at Augusta Military Academy.
