The Johnson’s guests on Monday were Miss Rose Halterman of Staunton and Mrs. Frankie Halterman of Natural Bridge. Charles Butler and sons John and Joe and Neal Harrah of Alexandria were weekend guests of Mr. Butler’s mother Mrs. Amos Butler. Mrs. Butler was hostess for a dinner party Monday night. Her guests were Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley of Washington, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Johnson, Mrs. Burton Orange, Mrs. Susie Brown, Mrs. Henry Wood, Sr. and Mrs. Maurice O’Bannon.
Mr. and Mrs. John Creel and daughter Gloria were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Way land. Their afternoon guests were Mr. and Mrs. William Hume and son Timmy of Warrenton.
Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Tinsely of Richmond were Saturday overnight guests of Mrs. Tinsely’s aunt Mrs. H. B. Winfrey. Their son Gordon Tinsely, a student at RMA joined them for Sunday dinner.
