Instructors for the annual fire school held two weekends in Amissville were seated, Robert F. Croshon. Arlington; L. B. James, Amissville; Charles E. Jones, Fairfax; standing, G. L. Martin, Annandale; William H. Spalding, Haywood Johnson and Frank A. Sherman, all of Fairfax county. Paul Poling, and instructor and director of the school, was absent the night of the school banquet due to illness. These men have been schooled to qualify as instructors for the State of Virginia and teach in various areas on the weekends.
