NOTICE Notice is hereby given that George H. Davis, Jr. Attorney for the Commonwealth of the County of Rappahannock, has filed in the Circuit Court of said County informations against the vehicles herein below mentioned for the purpose of having the automobiles and vehicles condemned and sold, the same having been seized by Police Officers of this County or State on the ground that the same have been, in violation of law, operated by a person or persons whose permit to operate motor vehicles in this Commonwealth has been revoked or suspended said automobiles and vehicles being described as follows: 1954 Chevrolet - Identification #B54B062886, title in the name of Lewis A. Tomlinson, 2934 S. Columbus Street, Arlington, Virginia, bearing Virginia license #690-441, with license issued in the name of Daniel G. Carter, 316 W. 9th Street, Front Royal, Virginia, and operated by Randolph Charles Turner, Washington, Virginia. 1961 Plymouth - Identification #3116127006, titled in the name of Robert Hughes, General Delivery, Huntly, Virginia^ bearing Virginia license #245-937, with lien of $115.00 secured by a conditional sales contract in favor of Marion Motors, 800 South Washington Street, Falls Church, Va. All persons concerned in interest are hereby cited to appear before said Circuit Court at the County Court House on the
