The tracts or parcels of land herein described are the same and identical tracts acquired by Exclusive Diplomatic Estates, Inc., from Ray T. Cannon and Ruby S. Cannon, husband and wife, and Ralph P. Andrews and Donna J. Andrews, husband and wife, by deed dated September 26, 1969, and recorded September 80, 1969, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 95, at page 656.
