Rep. John O. Marsh, Jr., has eceived the “Watchdog of the rreasury” Award of the National \ssociated Businessmen in ecognition of his jconomy-oriented House voting >n federal spending programs. It was the second time Marsh, a member of the House Appropriations Committee, had been honored by the organization, composed primarily of small businesses, which lists' among its objectives “fiscal responsibility in government and the elimination of* theFederal Government from competition with private business.”
