Sperryville Scouts Sell Christmas Trees

The Sperryville Boy Scout Troop will be selling Christmas trees Saturday and Sunday at the Sperryville Esso Service Station. TTie trees have been donated by George Hawkins.

Given 50-Year Masonic Pin

S. Walton Varner of Woodville was presented a pin on December 12, 1970 by Washington Lodge No. 78 A.F. and A.M. as an emblem of a Mason in good standing for 50 years.

The presentation was made by J. Randolph Devers with Carson Johnson and Edward Brown of Sperryville in attendance.
