Blacksburg came home on Friday to spend the holidays with Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Sealock. Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Gilkey and family, Stanley Williams and Mrs. Bertha North were dinner guests Sunday of Dr. and Mrs. Donald McNeill in Front Royal. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Sibert and family and Maynard Williams of Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. Bemie Burnette and son of Falls Church. Santa Claus took time from his busy schedule and made a visit to Sherman Williams’ Store on Wednesday night. He was greeted by all the children in the community.
Sunday visitors of the Rev. and Mrs. Roy Mathena were Mr. and Mrs. Mac Jones of Oak Park.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Engle are the parents of a baby boy bom in the Warren Memorial Hospital on December 9, 1970. Mrs. Engle is the former Miss Esther Mae Wines of Chester Gap.
