Children’s Christmas Hour
Santa Claus will visit the Rappahannock Library for the Children’s Christmas Hour on Saturday, December 19, 1970, from 10 to 11 a.m. He will have a small gift and candy for each child who comes to see him. The Rappahannock County Jaycees are sponsoring the hour, contributing the gifts, and supporting the project in other ways. Mr. James Leake, President, and Mr. Wilson Burke are organizing the support and arranging for volunteer help to work with the librarians and regular Library volunteer workers. Captain W. J. Keim of Amissville is providing the tree. All children of Rappahannock County are invited.
Library Hours
Wednesday and Friday, 1 to 5 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The library will be closed from December 24, 1970, through January 5,1971.
Children’s Hour
Saturday, 10 to 11 a.m. December 19 Children’s Hour will be given over to Santa Claus. The next Children’s Hour will be January 9,1971.
