Peanut Brownies
18 large or 32 small cookies '/ cup sugar 1 cup sifted enriched Z7 cup creamy-style self-rising flour
peanut butter 1 cup chopped salted V, cup honey peanuts 2 eggs Mix together sugar, peanut butter and honey until smooth. Heat in eggs, one at a time. Gradually blend in flour. Stir in peanuts. Spread in greased 7 x 11-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated SSCT oven 20 to 25 minutes, or until cookies begin to shrink from sides of pan. Remove pan to wire rack and cool 15 minutes. Cut into squares. Coo! completely in pan before removing.
