Judge and Mrs. W. F. Moffett spent Sunday at Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg and attended the Christmas Program of the Mary Washington Chorus of which their daughter, Miss Carter Moffett is a member. Miss Moffett and Frank Moffett of the University of Richmond are expected to arrive December 18 to spend the holidays with their parents. Ensign Page Moffett of the Charleston Naval Base, Charleston, S. C. will arrive December 26 or 27 th to spend a week’s leave with his parents, Judge and Mrs. Moffett. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Coates of Roanoke were Sunday callers at the home of Mr. Coates’ sister Mrs. A. M. Verner. Mrs. Stanley Rowland of Falls Church spent from Friday until Sunday with Mrs. W. M.
