One Degree Low
During the extended cold weather the official low reported at the Washington Weather station was one degree Tuesday morning and yesterday the thermometer stood on two. This is an extreme contrast to the 52 degree weather reported Friday morning.
Precipitation recorded for the month of January was 2.55 inches with much of that from the December 31 snow.
