Whal is the ‘‘Riverton-Boston' project'.' It is a project to build a 138.000 volt transmission line from our Riverton generating station near Front Royal to a proposed new substation m the area called Boston in Culpeper; County. The line will cross; through parts of Warren. Rappahannock and Culpeper! Counties.
